2 lbs lean ground beef
1 ½ lbs medium ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
12 kaiser rolls, sliced in half
Ranch Sauce:
¼ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 ½ lbs medium ground beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
12 kaiser rolls, sliced in half
Ranch Sauce:
¼ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
Directions
1Except for kaiser rolls, place all ingredients plus 1/4 cup (60 mL) of water in a large bowl and mix gently until just combined. Without compacting the meat too tightly, form 12 patties.
2Preheat grill to high. Cook burgers about 6 min. per side or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 160°F (71°C) when inserted into centre of burger. Allow to rest 5 min.
3Mix ranch dressing with chopped fresh dill. Dress each burger with a drizzle of the ranch sauce. Add sliced fresh avocado, a squeeze of lemon juice and a tuft of alfalfa sprouts, if desired.
