Lemon-Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 15 mL
  • 1 tbsp roasted garlic seasoning paste 15 mL
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth 125 mL
  • 6 cups broccoli florets 1.5 L
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced 0
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated 30-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano 60 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic paste and cook just until fragrant, about 30 sec. stir in broth and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cover, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5 min. Add lemon juice, then sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano and lemon zest.
