Walnut-Arugula Pesto

Ingredients

  • 5 oz 1 pkg arugula 150 g
  • ½ cup walnut halves or pieces 125 mL
  • ½ tsp salt 2 mL
  • ¼ tsp pepper 1 mL
  • 1 pkg Sensations by Compliments Parmesan Garlic Seasoned Butter
    & Canola Oil, melted and cooled

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine arugula, walnuts, salt and pepper in food processor. Blend until mixture is finely chopped. With motor running, add butter in slow, steady stream and blend until smooth, scraping down sides of processor if necessary.

Tip

Substitute an equal amount of spinach for arugula and pine nuts for walnuts.
