Ingredients

- sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄3 cup
- white vinegar
- 1 tsp
- garlic powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp
- unsalted butter

- top-split hot dog buns

- lobster, cooked and shelled, meat cut into 1/2” pieces
- 1
- small tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp
- diced white onion
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the condensed milk, vinegar, garlic and salt and mix until combined. Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium frying pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Place the hot dog buns on their sides and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Flip and brown the other sides, adding more butter if the pan has dried out.
Step 4
Remove from the heat. Spread a thin layer of sauce inside the buns, add the lobster meat, tomato and onion and drizzle the top with sauce. Serve immediately.
