Sweet Watermelon “Pizza”

Ingredients

  • 1 round slice watermelon (about 1-in./2.5-cm thick, 8-in/20-cm diameter)
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries 75 mL
  • 2 tbsp flaked coconut 30 mL
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds 30 mL
  • 3 tbsp Greek vanilla yogourt 45 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place watermelon round on serving plate. Sprinkle with cherries, coconut and almonds. Drizzle with yogourt.

  • Step 2

    Cut watermelon into quarters to serve.

Tip

For larger “pizza,” double the topping quantities and use 12-in. (30-cm) diameter round watermelon slice.
