Directions

Step 1

Préchauffer le barbecue à intensité élevée. Faire griller le citron et les artichauts jusqu'à l'apparition de marques, environ 7 minutes. Faire brièvement griller les tomates jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient chaudes et juteuses, mais encore fermes.

Step 2

Tapisser une grande assiette des tranches de citron, puis des tomates, et enfin des artichauts. Arroser d'huile d'olive et servir.
