How to: BBQ Brie

June 1, 2015

Grilled brie makes for a beautiful appetizer for summer barbecues – and it’s easy!

1. Preheat grill to medium-low. Prepare the herb mixture in a small bowl by combining the parsley, basil and garlic. Add lime juice and hot pepper sauce; stir well and set aside.

2. Cut the brie horizontally into two discs. Spread herb mixture onto cheese and sprinkle with red peppers. Cover with top cheese disc. Place the lower half of the cheese, rind down, onto a lightly oiled, double layer of foil.

3. Close the foil tightly around cheese, and grill for 15 to 20 min., or until the cheese is soft. Remove from foil and serve immediately.
