This traditional Trappist monastery cheese is aged in the same cellars as classic OKA. Saint-Paulin has a velvety semi-soft texture and a rich buttery flavour, with a bright yellow edible rind. It’s a crowd-pleaser at wine-and-cheese parties and is a tasty match with Chardonnay.
