Directions

Step 1

Mélanger le homard, l’aïoli, le zeste et le jus de citron, la ciboulette, le sel et le poivre. Servir froid. Utiliser pour garnir les saucisses et les hot-dogs grillés.

Procurez-vous de la chair de homard cuite préemballée (offerte congelée). Si vous achetez du homard frais, demandez au poissonnier de le cuire sur place.
