Directions

Step 1

Couper chaque figue en deux sur la longueur.

Step 2

Garnir chaque demi-figue d’environ 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de ricotta.

Step 3

Arroser de miel et parsemer de pignons.

Tip

Pour une touche exotique, utiliser un miel bien goûteux, comme le miel de sarrasin, de châtaignier ou de fleurs sauvages.
Pour varier, remplacer le miel par une réduction de vinaigre balsamique.
