This quick lunch is sure to be a hit with the family this winter break. Start by cutting four naans in half. Heat up the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place 4 naan halves on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil, sprinkle with dried oregano, and spread marinara sauce on each naan. Top with pepperoni, pancetta, mini bocconcini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and place the remaining naan halves on top. Cool slightly and serve.  And just like that, you’ve turned simple ingredients into a melty, handheld pizza sandwich everyone will want to try!

Add 4 eggs, one at a time, and cook sunny side up to desired doneness. Top each naan with avocado mixture, then add eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
