Zesty Beef Hash & Egg with Horseradish Ketchup

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp celery salt
1 small onion, finely diced
1 red pepper, finely diced
1 rib celery, finely diced
1 potato, coarsely grated
⅓ cup Sir Kensington's Ketchup Style Sauce, Spiced
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
4 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil

4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp prepared horseradish

Directions
1Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook ground beef and celery salt, stirring and breaking up large pieces, 8 to 10 min., or until browned. Drain excess fat.
2Stir in onion, red pepper and celery. Cook for 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are softened.
3Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix spiced ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Reserve half of ketchup mixture for serving. Stir other half of ketchup mixture, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water and grated potato into the beef. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 min. Uncover and cook additional 5 to 7 min., or until potato is cooked through.
4Meanwhile, fry 4 eggs. Divide beef hash evenly among 4 plates. Top each with a fried egg and drizzle with reserved ketchup mixture.
