0 For vanilla icing:
1 icing sugar
2 butter, melted

Directions
1Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x13-in pan. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast with 1 tbsp of sugar in the warm water and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until yeast is dissolved and slightly foamy.
2Grease a large mixing bowl with 1 teaspoon of the melted butter.
3Add remaining melted butter to the yeast mixture.
4Gradually add flour and salt to yeast mixture.
5Place the dough on a clean, floured work surface and knead for 4 minutes or until shiny.
6Place the dough in the greased bowl, set aside in a dry warm place and let rise for 60 minutes.
7On a clean floured work surface, punch down the risen dough with your fist. Roll out the dough to 9 x 12-inch rectangle so that the long side is parallel to your body. The dough should be just less than 1/4 inch thick. Combine the cinnamon filling ingredients in a small bowl, and mix until combined. Spread dough evenly with filling mixture.
8Roll dough away from your body into a log. Cut into 9 equal slices and place each slice in prepared baking dish with melted filling mixture.
9Set aside in a warm dry place for approx. 25 minutes or until doubled in size.
10Place into the oven and bake for approx. 20 minutes or until baked through.
11In a medium bowl combine the icing ingredients, and mix well until blended.
12Top cinnamon buns with icing while warm.
Tips
