6 oz Canadian chuck burgers -- 8/pkg
1 lb portobello mushrooms, stems removed, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp steak spice blend
¼ tsp each salt and pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
8 burger buns
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Sir Kensington Ketchup
8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions
1Grill burgers on barbecue preheated to medium-high for 5 to 6 min. per side or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
2Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add garlic, steak spice, salt and pepper and cook 8 to 10 min. or until golden and tender. Add balsamic vinegar and cook 1 min.
3Assemble burger patties in buns with mayonnaise, ketchup, cheese and mushrooms.
