Spiced Hocus Pocus Potion

3 ½ cups milk
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 cinnamon stick
¼ cup Compliments Mini Marshmallows
3 ½ cups milk
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup brown sugar

⅛ tsp ground cayenne pepper

¼ cup Compliments Mini Marshmallows
Directions
1Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. In a small bowl, combine the cocoa, sugars and cornstarch. Stir in just enough hot milk to form a paste.
2Add vanilla and spices to the paste and whisk the entire mixture into the hot milk. Stir constantly until thickened.
3Ladle into heavy mugs and serve with Compliments Mini Marshmallows as a garnish.
