
Rosemary-Garlic Grilled Steak

4 top sirloin, blade, cross rib or round steaks (5 oz/150 g each)
¼ cup red wine
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Sensations by Compliments Prepared Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
½ tsp salt (approx)
pepper to taste

Directions
1Using fork, pierce steaks all over; place in a large resealable plastic bag. In a small bowl, stir together wine, oil, garlic, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour marinade into bag, massaging bag to coat steaks evenly. Squeeze out air, seal and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
2Preheat lightly oiled grill to high. Remove steaks from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Season steaks to taste with salt and pepper. Place steaks on grill; close lid and grill, 3 to 4 min. per side for medium-rare.
