2 scoops Double Peanut Butter Ice Cream
½ ripe banana
1 tbsp milk chocolate shavings, divided
1 tbsp chopped roasted and salted peanuts, divided
2 scoops Double Peanut Butter Ice Cream
½ ripe banana
1 tbsp milk chocolate shavings, divided
1 tbsp chopped roasted and salted peanuts, divided
Directions
1Drop one scoop of ice cream into a shallow bowl. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle with half of chocolate shavings and peanuts. Add second scoop of ice cream, garnish with remaining chocolate and peanuts and serve.
Tips
1
To create chocolate shavings, freeze chocolate then use a grater.
