
Mexican-inspired Chocolate Ice Pops

1 can coconut milk
5 tbsp Compliments Cocoa Powder
5 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp Compliments Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Compliments Ground Cayenne Pepper
Tajín Clásico Seasoning, for garnish (optional)
1 can coconut milk

Directions
1Combine coconut milk with cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon and cayenne in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, just until sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 mins.
2Pour into ice pop moulds. (Number of ice pops will depend on the size of your moulds.) Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
3Remove chocolate ice pops from mould. Sprinkle lightly with Tajín, if desired. Serve immediately.
