
Lomo Saltado — Peruvian Inspired Stir-Fried Steak Frites

Bottom Sirloin Tri-Tip Grilling Steak (450 g), cut into strips
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
RFY BBQ Saute Pepper Medley
1 serrano chili, sliced or jalapeno sliced

Directions
1Thinly slice Sterling Silver Fresh Bottom Sirloin Tri-Tip Grilling Steak and marinate with 3 tbsp soy sauce (for 450 g steak), garlic, oil and serrano chili for 15-20 minutes.
2Heat a large frying pan or grill and cook RFY BBQ Saute Pepper Medley following package directions. Transfer to a platter.
3Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat; drizzle a spoonful of vegetable oil and sear steak on both sides. Return vegetables to the pan to mingle with beef. Transfer to a serving dish.
4Add 2-3 tbsp water to the pan to deglaze and pour over the steak mixture.
5Serve over cooked rice and with fries.
Tips

If you're making French fries, avoid turning on the oven and cook your fries in an air fryer while cooking the steak and veggies.

Stir-fry the veggies and beef in batches to obtain a good char to avoid the ingredients from boiling and overcooking.
