½ tsp salt
1 lb boneless pork chops, flattened
4 whole wheat pitas

1 cup diced cucumber
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup crumbled feta
¼ cup Compliments Tzatziki Yogurt & Cucumber Dip (approx)
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried oregano
1 ½ tsp Sensations by Compliments Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
½ tsp salt
1 lb boneless pork chops, flattened
4 whole wheat pitas
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup diced cucumber
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup crumbled feta
¼ cup Compliments Tzatziki Yogurt & Cucumber Dip (approx)
Directions
1In a large non-reactive bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic paste and salt. Add pork; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min. to 24 hours.
2Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Place pork on greased grill; close lid and grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 min. per side. Let cool slightly before cutting into thin strips.
3Meanwhile, brush pitas lightly with oil and grill for 30 sec. per side.
4Divide tomato, cucumber, onion and pork evenly among pitas. Top with feta and tzatziki. Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
Tips
1
To flatten pork chops, place pork between two pieces of waxed paper and flatten with rolling pin until about 1/4-in. (5 mm) thick.
