
Dirty Martini Dip

1 pkg Compliments Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup crumbled creamy blue cheese
zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive brine
3 tbsp Compliments Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided
2 tbsp gin or vermouth (optional)
½ tsp Compliments Onion Powder
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
For martini olives:
½ cup quartered or roughly chopped green olives
3 tbsp dry gin or vermouth
1 pkg Compliments Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup crumbled creamy blue cheese
zest of 1 lemon

3 tbsp Compliments Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided
2 tbsp gin or vermouth (optional)
½ tsp Compliments Onion Powder
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
For martini olives:
½ cup quartered or roughly chopped green olives
3 tbsp dry gin or vermouth
Directions
1In a food processor, whirl cream cheese, blue cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive brine, 1 tbsp of the olive oil, gin (if using), onion powder, and pepper until smooth.
2Transfer to bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
3For gin marinated olives, combine olives and gin and cover at least 4 hours or up to overnight to allow the flavours to mellow.
4Spread dip in a shallow bowl and make a well in the centre; drain marinated olives and spoon in centre. Drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil over the dip and serve with crunchy vegetable sticks, lettuce cups, pretzels and crostini.
