3 oz 35% whipping cream
1 tsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp vanilla
3 oz Compliments Seasonal Winter Blend Coffee, brewed
½ oz Compliments Caramel Sundae Topping
Pinch sea salt
ice cubes
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Directions
1In a small bowl using a whisk or an immersion blender, mix together whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until frothy but still pourable.
2Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add coffee, caramel topping and salt. Shake for 20 sec. Strain into brandy snifter or short-stemmed glass of your choice.
3Spoon a layer of the frothy cream on top.
4Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Tips
1
Whole nutmeg can be substituted with ground nutmeg for similar results.
