
Buffalo Chicken Nachos

2 cups shredded rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken
¼ cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 bag tortilla chips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup finely crumbled blue cheese
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
¼ cup sliced pickled jalapenos
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
2 cups shredded rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken
¼ cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 bag tortilla chips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup finely crumbled blue cheese
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
¼ cup sliced pickled jalapenos
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
Directions
1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In bowl, stir chicken with barbecue sauce and hot sauce until coated.
2Lay half the tortilla chips on a large pizza pan or baking sheet. Scatter half the chicken mixture, Cheddar cheese, blue cheese, celery and pickled jalapenos on top. Repeat with another layer of chips and remaining toppings.
3Bake 10 min., or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately.
Tips

Substitute pickled jalapenos with fresh seeded and sliced jalapenos.
