3 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
3 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
⅓ cup bourbon
⅓ cup coffee liqueur
1 tbsp sugar
¾ cup whipped cream
2 tbsp Compliments Chocolate-Flavoured Sundae Syrup
2 tbsp Compliments Caramel-Flavoured Sundae Syrup

⅓ cup bourbon
⅓ cup coffee liqueur
1 tbsp sugar
¾ cup whipped cream
2 tbsp Compliments Chocolate-Flavoured Sundae Syrup
2 tbsp Compliments Caramel-Flavoured Sundae Syrup
Directions
1In a blender, combine coffee, ice cream, milk, bourbon, coffee liqueur and sugar. Blend until smooth. Divide among 6 glasses; top with dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate and caramel syrups. Serve immediately.
