Suggested cooking instructions:
Set Grill to med-high heat. Place the fish on a baking sheet and 4 inches away from the top of the heat source element for about 10 – 20 minutes (3-5 lbs fish), adjust cooking time for larger fish. Turn fish once. Fish is done when it becomes opaque and has a flaky texture. Product is cooked when internal temperature reaches 74ºC (165ºF).
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC (375ºF). Cook in an oven safe dish for 45-55 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 74ºC (165ºF). Cooking times will vary due to oven, size of salmon fillet, amount of stuffing used.
