Description
In 1962 an English pub owner named Leopold Kerr invented a treat to serve his patrons in an effort to entice them to consumer more ale. It was a sausage covered in spicy dough, fried and mounted on a stick. Leopold soon realized that he had a great product, and moved to Canada with the dream of commercializing it. He started by creating his signature batter and selling it to restaurants, but in an effort to maintain a consistent taste he eventually created a ready-made battered sausage. This snack has maintained it’s popularity over the years and can be found in many establishments across Canada today!Ingredients
