Pair this collection with a medium-bodied wine with mild acidity, something like a Pinot Noir or a Beaujolais works well. Freybe hand-crafted this salamis from a traditional blend of the finest cuts of pork before they are fermented, lightly smoked and patiently air-dried for four to six weeks in the time-honoured tradition to create a classic European dry cure salami.
