Growing up in High River, Alberta, they learned how to bake from the matriarchs of their family. Sweet Nutrition
Owners Austin Calladine and Casey Parker started Sweet Nutrition in Saskatchewan in 2018. Manufactured in Saskatoon, their first baker was Austin’s grandmother. Sweet Nutrition offers a variety of flavours of their protein and zero-sugar cookies, including chocolate peanut butter, milk chocolate chip, and strawberry cheesecake. Their protein cookies are available in Western Canada.
New Brunswick
Saltwinds Coffee Company
Saltwinds Coffee Company was founded in 2022 in Douglas, New Brunswick, and offers a true Canadian flavour to its coffee beans. Based on the historic shipping process of coffee arriving in the Maritimes aboard wooden sailing ships, the ocean air would infuse the coffee beans, creating a unique flavour.
