Ingredients

peanut satay cooking sauce

red pepper, sliced

Directions

Step 1
Place shredded chicken in a bowl and combine with peanut sauce.
Step 2
Place one lettuce leaf and sliced red peppers on each tortilla, top with chicken. Roll or fold tortillas in half.

Tip

Beef or chicken are also great as well with this recipe, or for a more decadent dinner, use shrimp.
