Thai Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded 750 mL
  • 1/2 cup peanut satay cooking sauce 125 mL
  • 4 whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 1 red pepper, sliced

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place shredded chicken in a bowl and combine with peanut sauce.

  • Step 2

    Place one lettuce leaf and sliced red peppers on each tortilla, top with chicken. Roll or fold tortillas in half.

Tip

Beef or chicken are also great as well with this recipe, or for a more decadent dinner, use shrimp.
