Smoked Salmon Toast with Cream Cheese & Dill

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese 60 mL
  • 4 slices rye bread, toasted
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced 125 g
  • 1 tbsp capers 15 mL
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill 15 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) cream cheese on each toast slice. Top with salmon, capers and dill.

Tip

Smoked Salmon Toast makes a great light meal when served with a green salad.
