Directions

Step 1
Place rice in slow cooker. In a bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and 1/2 cup (125 mL) water until sugar is dissolved; pour into slow cooker. Stir milk, vanilla, cinnamon and fruit into rice mixture. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 3 hours; or until ice is soft and fruit is tender.
