Prosciutto, Olive & Orange Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 skewers
  • 4 slices prosciutto, cut in half, folded
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and cut into 8 segments
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 8 Greek Mammoth Stuffed Olives
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 mL
  • 1 tsp olive oil 15 mL
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 5 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Slide prosciutto onto skewer. Next, slide 1 piece of orange, basil leaf and 1 olive onto skewer. Place completed skewer on a serving platter and repeat. Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar.
