Pomegranate-Clementine Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice 375 mL
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed clementine or mandarin juice 375 mL
  • 1/2 cup Campari 125 mL
  • 1/2 cup gin 125 mL
  • 1/2 cup sweet vermouth (vermouth rosso) 125 mL
  • ice, as needed
  • 1 1/2 cups soda water 375 mL
  • 12 clementine or mandarin slices, for garnish

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix pomegranate and clementine juices, Campari, gin and sweet vermouth. Shake in batches in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into 12 glasses. Top with soda water and garnish with clementine slices

Tip

Alternatively, mix all ingredients—except garnish and ice—in pitcher. Add ice to serve.
