Orange-Thyme Beer Shandy

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 2 cups orange juice, pulp-free 500 mL
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 orange, zested into strips, cut into slices
  • 4 bottles light beer, chilled 1.36 L
  • 1 bottle ginger ale, chilled 2 L

Directions

  • Step 1

    Chill 8 beer or highball glasses. Half-fill chilled glasses with ice cubes. Divide orange juice, thyme, orange zest and slices, and beer evenly among glasses. Top up each glass with ginger ale.

Tip

Swap light beer for dark to switch up the flavour.
