Jalapeno Chili Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag reduced-sodium tortilla chips 300 g
  • 1 container Sensations by Compliments Stompin’ Steakhouse Chili with Beans 625 mL
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese 250 mL
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese 250 mL
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • salsa and sour cream to serve (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Layer half the chips, chili, cheeses and jalapeno onto the baking sheet. Add a second layer with the remaining chips, chili, and jalapeno, finishing with cheese on top.

  • Step 2

    Bake 10 min. or until cheese is bubbling and golden. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side if desired.
