Honey Lime Yogourt Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogourt 175 mL
  • 2 tbsp honey 30 mL
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime zest 5 mL
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 30 mL

Directions

    Stir together yogourt, honey, lime zest and juice. Serve with fresh fruit. Dip can be stored in airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Tip

Use leftover dip in smoothies or as a topping on oatmeal.

Substitute honey with maple syrup.
