Meanwhile, heat hazelnut beverage in microwaveable cup on HIGH 1 min. Use a milk frother or whisk to whip until frothy.
Discard bag from tea; stir in honey and vanilla. Pour frothy hazelnut beverage over tea.
Sweeten tea with agave syrup or stevia.
