Golden Milk Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups unsweetened almond beverage 325 mL
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk 75 mL
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 15 mL
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger 10 mL
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric 5 mL
  • 2 tsp Sensations by Compliments 100% Pure Maple Syrup 10 mL
  • pinch each ground cardamom, cinnamon and salt
  • ice
  • 4 lemon wedges (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    In blender, combine almond beverage, coconut milk, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, maple syrup, cardamom, cinnamon and salt. Process until smooth. Strain through fine-mesh sieve.

  • Step 2

    Fill 4 glasses with ice; top with almond-coconut mixture. Garnish with lemon wedges, if using. Serve immediately.

Tip

Replace almond milk with pineapple juice for a tropical-inspired version.
