In blender, combine almond beverage, coconut milk, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, maple syrup, cardamom, cinnamon and salt. Process until smooth. Strain through fine-mesh sieve.
Fill 4 glasses with ice; top with almond-coconut mixture. Garnish with lemon wedges, if using. Serve immediately.
Replace almond milk with pineapple juice for a tropical-inspired version.
