Easy Tomato-Basil Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh cheese-filled ravioli, cooked according to package directions 500 g
  • 1 container Sensations by Compliments Tuscan Tomato & Basil Bisque 625 mL
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped 30 mL
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmigiano Reggiano 30 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a medium saucepan, simmer the soup until heated through. Add ravioli to saucepan and toss with soup until just heated through, 1-2 min.

  • Step 2

    Divide ravioli mixture evenly among 4 plates, and sprinkle with basil and Parmesan to serve.
