Crunchy Chocolate & Berry Yogourt Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 30 mL
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogourt 375 mL
  • 1/2 cup flax & fibre granola 125 mL
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries 500 mL
  • 4 mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Dissolve cocoa by whisking into water 2 tbsp (30 mL). Fold cocoa mixture into vanilla yogourt.

  • Step 2

    Divide half the granola, half the yogourt and half the berries among 4 parfait or tumbler-style glasses. Repeat the three layers using up remaining granola, yogourt and berries. Add mint leaves, if using.
