Crunchy Chocolate & Berry Yogourt Cups
1 1/2 cup
flax & fibre granola
mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Dissolve cocoa by whisking into 2 tbsp (30 mL) water. Fold cocoa mixture into vanilla yogourt.
Divide half the granola, half the yogourt and half the berries among 4 parfait or tumbler-style glasses. Repeat the three layers using up remaining granola, yogourt and berries. Add mint leaves, if using.
