Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, honey and salt and stir well. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together broccolini, spinach, pea or alfalfa sprouts, cranberries, carrots and chives. Toss with lemon dressing. Garnish with goat cheese crumbles and serve.
