Pour 2 cups (500 mL) boiling water over tea bags. Cover and steep 5 min. Discard tea bags. Cool tea completely. Meanwhile, thread blueberries onto 8 cocktail skewers. Freeze until firm.
Mix cooled tea with orange and amaretto liqueurs. Shake in batches in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into 8 martini glasses and garnish with frozen blueberry skewers.
