Berry Beet Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries 500 mL
  • 2 cups ice cubes 500 mL
  • 1 cup Sensations by Compliments Beet Cherry Juice 250 mL
  • ¾ cup white rum 175 mL
  • ¼ cup lime juice 60 mL
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar, divided 45 mL
  • 2 tbsp toasted shredded coconut 30 mL
  • 4 lime rounds

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine frozen berries, ice, juice, rum, lime juice and 2 tbsp (30 mL) agave nectar to blender. Pulse until slushy.

  • Step 2

    Place remaining agave nectar on small flat plate. Dip rims of 4 daiquiri glasses in agave. Sprinkle rims with coconut, tipping out excess inside glasses. Pour daiquiri mixture into glasses. Garnish with lime rounds.

Tip

Alternatively, garnish with fresh cherries.
