Bacon & Fig Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fig spread 30 mL
  • 8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
  • 4 slices raclette cheese
  • 8 slices Naturally Smoked Bacon, 50% Less Salt
  • 2 tbsp butter 30 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Evenly spread fig topping onto 4 slices of bread and then top with a slice of cheese and 2 slices of bacon. Top with remaining slices of bread and butter outer sides of sandwiches. Cook in a large skillet set over medium-high heat, 4 min. per side. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
