Suggested cooking instructions:
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C (400°F), line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper, place chicken breast on a wire rack. Place wire rack on parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, cook for 3 minutes on each side. Flip breast rotating 90 degrees and cook each side for 3 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
