Suggested cooking instructions:
Pre-heat grill on high, cook burgers for 2 minutes on each side. Rotate patties 90 degrees and flip, cooking for 2 minutes more on each side. Ground beef is cooked when the meat has a uniform color, the juices run clear and a minimum internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is reached.
