de Sauce barbecue Sans Limites Sensations par Compliments

1 c. à thé
de coriandre fraîche finement hachée, et un peu plus pour garnir
5 mL

Directions

Step 1

COUPER les œufs en deux et en retirer le jaune. Dans un bol, combiner les jaunes d’œufs, la mayonnaise, la sauce barbecue et la coriandre. Écraser à la fourchette jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange lisse. À la cuillère, farcir chaque demi-œuf d’environ 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de farce. Garnir de coriandre.
