3/4 tsp (4 mL) salt
1/4 cup (60 mL) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 1/3 cups (325 mL) buttermilk, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated orange zest
3/4 cup (175 mL) sultana raisins
