Preheat the grill on high. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Pat the mixture on to both sides of the steaks. Grill the meat on medium high for 5 to 6 min. per side (depending on thickness) for medium rare.
Remove the steaks to a plate. Let the meat rest 5 to 10 min. before cutting in half and serving.
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan until hot and shimmering. Add halved Gourmet Medley Tomatoes and toss over high heat for 2 min. Add 1 sliced clove of garlic, then torn basil leaves and pesto, and cook for 2 to 3 min. longer. Mix well and serve a spoonful on top of each steak.
