dried cherries

flaked coconut
30 mL

sliced almonds

Greek vanilla yogourt
45 mL

Directions

Step 1
Place watermelon round on serving plate. Sprinkle with cherries, coconut and almonds. Drizzle with yogourt.
Step 2
Cut watermelon into quarters to serve.

Tip

For larger “pizza,” double the topping quantities and use 12-in. (30-cm) diameter round watermelon slice.
